AMBR privacy policy

This AMBR privacy policy explains which personal and financial data the company handles on this website and through the Ambre and MIA agents, the purposes it is used for, whether it is used to train models, who it is shared with and how to ask for access, correction or deletion.

Version 0.1, prototype text. Published .

2. Data we collect

Website visitors

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. Like any web server, the host receives your IP address, your browser type and the page requested. The pages load two typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser also contacts Google's servers.

Waitlist and contact requests

If you join the Ambre waitlist or write to AMBR, you supply what you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message. The waitlist runs on h5.ambre.ai and the MIA product site on mia.ambr.io.

Connected accounts in Ambre

AMBR says Ambre brings together holdings across brokerages, exchanges and wallets. Data of this kind normally covers balances, positions and transaction history. The product page sets out what the portfolio tracker reads and what is still open.

MIA workspace data

AMBR says MIA monitors a brand, its competitors, markets, social channels, news and AI search. A business that uses MIA supplies brand and campaign material, and MIA adds what it gathers from public sources. Data handled inside MIA may come under a separate policy on the MIA product site.

3. How data is used, including by AI models

Personal data is used to provide the service you asked for, to answer you, to keep the services secure and to meet legal duties. Ambre and MIA are AI systems, so AI models process the data you supply.

Whether connected-account data or MIA customer data is used to train or improve models has not been published. This policy must answer with a plain yes or no, and describe any opt-out, before it goes live.

Agent outputs come from automated processing. Where the law gives you the right to have a person review a decision made only by automated means, you can ask for that review.

4. Sharing, transfers and retention

Data may go to three kinds of recipient: AMBR group entities, providers of AI models and cloud hosting, and the licensed firms that carry out a transaction you choose to pursue. The named recipients, the countries data is sent to and the safeguards used are not yet published. Retention periods are also open. The security page describes data access and security controls.

5. Your rights and how to contact us

Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you the right to see the data held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, to receive a portable copy and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, contact AMBR and name the service concerned. If the answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

This policy sits beside the terms of use and AI disclosure. For background, the learn hub has guides to AI agents and the data they read.
